Privacy and Refund Policies
These policies explain what information is used to process a SiteCheck purchase, how audit information is handled, and what to do if a paid report has a problem.
1. Privacy Policy
Information used for a purchase
When you order an individual or bulk website audit, SiteCheck uses the website address or addresses you submit to run the requested checks and prepare your report. To process payment, Stripe may collect information such as your name, email address, payment details, billing information where required, and transaction information. The exact information depends on the payment method and checkout details you provide.
Payment security
Payments are handled through Stripe's checkout service. Your full card number and card security code are entered with Stripe; SiteCheck does not need or ask you to send those details to us. SiteCheck may receive limited payment and order details from Stripe, such as your email address, payment status, amount, date, and transaction reference, so the purchase can be confirmed and the audit delivered.

How information is used
Information is used to process and verify orders, run the requested audit, prepare and provide reports, troubleshoot delivery problems, prevent abuse, and respond to customer support requests. For bulk orders, submitted URLs and generated report files are processed to create the downloadable report package.
Storage and sharing
SiteCheck does not sell your submitted audit URLs or purchase information. Information may be handled by service providers needed to operate the service, including Stripe for payment processing and hosting or file-storage providers for website operation and report delivery. Records may be retained as reasonably needed for order support, security, accounting, and legal obligations. Do not include passwords, private access tokens, or other secrets in a submitted URL.
Questions about privacy
If you have a question about information associated with an order, please contact SiteCheck.
2. Refund and Delivery Policy
SiteCheck is a one-time website audit service. When a payment is successfully accepted, the audit report or reports included in that purchase are intended to be delivered for inspection and download.
If your audit or download has a problem
If payment was accepted but your report does not appear, an audit fails, or a download link does not work, please contact us so we can investigate and help deliver the paid report or resolve the issue. Include the website URL, approximate purchase date, and a brief description of the problem. Never send your full payment-card details.
You can use either contact method or visit our Contact Us page.
Refund Requests and Report Delivery
Every paid audit is guaranteed to be delivered. If an audit cannot be completed or the report is not delivered automatically, manual delivery will be arranged.
If you experience a delivery problem, please contact support@getsitecheck.ca or reach out through our LinkedIn page. We will review the issue and arrange delivery of your report.
If we are unable to deliver the audit you paid for, please contact us to discuss an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable. Duplicate or mistaken payments should also be reported promptly.
